When use harness CET, we found a problem that the exception missing detailMessage of “view field content”. For example: When in OverOps: We can see from three dots “view field content”, this give us detail message to trace issue. But when in harness CET: I can’t find this 3 dots, can’t see detail:

When in OverOps, we can add this Notes column to dashboard to add Jira tickets ID or notes for developer team followup, but in harness CET can’t find a notes column. Please have a column to add notes in Harness CET or similar function.

User would like Java 21 to be supported in CET.

Admins should have the ability to delete alerts from other users in the Manage Alerts section. Currently can only make changes, but not delete alerts that are no longer needed.

We found that members are able to delete views that admins created for the team from the UI.

I have upgraded the Java version from v8 to v11 and noticed the Transaction data is no longer populating. I have been made aware that adding this to the Neo client may hinder the performance of the agent as well as this feature not being made available in v5. If this feature is added, should only be enabled via flag so that other users do not have this enabled by default.

Environment: SaaS Agent v4.58.1 Feature Request: I am using slf4j v2.14.1 with log4j-core v2.14.1 and log4j-api v2.14.1. Looking to have support for this logging framework I also have the following libraries on classpath: Commons-logging v1.2 (might be requried to slf4j or log4j2) Jboss-logging-processor v2.2.1 Jboss-logging v3.4.1 Jboss-logging-annotations v2.2.1

Auto-Hide feature to make it simpler and work more consistently providing expected results As OverOps, we want to the user to be able to hide future events only (as part of the Auto-Hide feature) and we want the user to be clear about the expected results of performing this operation.

Our largest and most important systems use Zing and have done since we licensed the Overops solution. So we have been waiting for you to provide compatibility for some time. We had previously been led to believe that compatibility had been achieved a few years back, but we have never been successful in getting that going. We have another push on internally to try and get these systems running Overops as part of the Java 11 and Wildfly upgrade to those systems.
