Propelo resiliency and recovery

We need to submit a disaster recovery plan to demonstrate resiliency. This involves a complete failover from us-east to us-west region.
An example plan would be:
- Login to AWS console
- Scale down in east region from 1 to 0
- Scale up in west region from 0 to 1
Our understanding is that you should not run more than one instance of the integration at any time.
Will this plan generate any duplicate ingestion or other issues? Do you have any guidance on this topic?

By Feb 2024 we will migrate to Harness Platform and that will provide the failover cluster and all resiliency requirements will be addressed.
The standalone Propelo app does not have failover regions and there is no plan to add it in the near future.
