Improved logging for ingestion process of SEI integrations

When looking at ingestion logs for SEI integration we can observe only basic information about time and status of each ingestion. It would be beneficial to have additional information about the process - e.g. how many items were created / updated / deleted, or even details about every ingested item.
The detailed view may help us validate the integration.
