This request is for Harness SMP. Per the current experience, when a user who is already logged into to SSO tries accessing Harness through the URL, they get directed to the login screen and have to click "Single sign-on". Since they are already logged into the SSO, they should be redirected back instead of the user having to navigate to the SSO page and click the Single sign-on.
