Setting up GHE connectors is a common task in Harness, many times it involves setting up a PAT when using HTTPS connectors and is required to setup a secret to securely store the PAT. For customers who want to rotate the PATs, the process is cumbersome and requires interaction with multiple systems and requires to create new secrets every time, or at least that is the case when using Google Secret Manager as only version 1 is supported.

Rotating source control should be an easier, more streamlined process, and Harness Platform is located on an strategical place to make this less painful.
