Customer wants to be a beta partner for the Config Management product pillar.

When they change a flag and submit it for approval, there is no callout that a segment is a rule based segment. I think this would be beneficial for the diff to show more details like this instead of just "in segment ABC" or maybe a way to click the segment to navigate to it.

Ability to upload a json or yaml file to the SDK so the sdks have a stored state. For redundancy and resiliency purposes. Originally submitted on 12/11/2024

Customer would like the ability to copy segments from one environment to the other via the UI (IE from staging to UAT). And if not, can the fetch all flags admin API be used for segments and flags? I think it would be great enhancement to add it to the UI to be able to do this if you guys could add it to the list. Originally added on 6/2/2025

In list of attributes, Ctrl+F only way to search to confirm if a specific value is there. Would prefer a simpler way to do this. Can be useful for support and QA purposes.

You can't currently copy and paste a group of attribute values from one field to another in another flag. To work around this, the team saves those values in a note to copy and paste, but it's not a great system. A simple copy and paste function would suffice.

When building a targeting rule with attributes, there is always the implicit rule that if an attribute isn’t passed to the SDK, that it is treated by the rules as a null value. Customer would like to explicitly build attribute based targeting rules that reference if an attribute is or is not passed. There are ways round this but it would be nice to have an explicit exists check. They're currently working around this by adding a channel attribute, but it's not ideal.

For phased rollouts, it would be useful to be able to schedule out multiple flag changes at once. This is a key part of how the product team functions, and would save them time.

The team would like to be able to customize statuses, since they really only use a few (Pre-Prod, Internal Testing, 100% released) and having the others available is inconvenient and cluttered.

If you copy/paste values into the segments/individual target field, it allows you to paste duplicate values. (If you tried to type it, it wouldn't allow it to enter.) The only error they get is a vague error message with no details. If you have long lists of values, it would be difficult to know what the issue is. The ask is to either improve the error messaging to help identify the issue, or not allow duplicate values to be pasted in at all.
