Wiz Integration for HAR needs v2/_catalog endpoint

Wiz.io doesn't natively support HAR for scanning at registries, so we're attempting to use Wiz's general Docker registry setup. We've managed to setup a Service Account in Harness and provide credentials to Wiz.io to use, and it appears to 'find' the registry, but is unable to scan it. We believe it maybe related to the API structure where HAR isn't exposing the standard Docker APIs or the credentials intended for use aren't supported in those kinds of requests.
