Weekly trend reports for SCM Coding days & SCM PR Lead Time by Stage

Currently some widgets such as SCM PR Lead Time by Stage or SCM Coding Days Report do not support weekly aggregation.

We do want to track these numbers week by week to analyse how teams are improving. In our scenario, we would like to see these numbers such as "Total Time", "First PR Creation", etc trending over time like how we can analyse "Aggregate SCM Rework Report".

On the similar note, for "SCM Coding Days Report", we would like to analyse avg coding days for all the members under an engineering leader, trending over time (weekly) instead of individual score.
