We are planning to create a dashboard to track policy violations for policies configured with 'warn & continue' across our pipelines.

Specifically, we need to be able to:

List each 'warn & continue' policy individually.

Identify and list all associated pipelines that have recorded a violation for that specific policy.

Could you please confirm the best way to access this data? Is there a dedicated API endpoint or a report that provides a mapping of Policy ID, Pipeline Name/ID, and the corresponding policy violation details/counts or any reference documentation for it
