Visualize and Realtime Feedback of AnalysisRuns

The Harness Portal should have an easy to access and understand visualization for Analysis Runs with Argo Rollouts. Ideally the visualization/status would update in realtime or near realtime so developers, managers, and operations resources can montior to ensure all the automated analysis are passing. If any of them are failing they can view which ones are failing and the values being returned. The Argo Rollouts dashboard has this feature but could be more robust and visually appealing.

Ideally this would be visualized in the view of the Rollout resource.
