Our users could not log in because they did not receive instructions to set up 2FA after we briefly enabled, then disabled 2FA enforcement on our account.

Deleting and recreating the users did not work. A proposed workaround by the engineer handling our ticket did not work. It appears they had to make changes directly in the backend database.

This should not be necessary. As account admins, we should be able to handle certain user management tasks ourselves. This includes resetting/changing passwords for users, as well as individually enabling or disabling 2FA for a user.

Please add this functionality, it is bewildering that it doesn't exist in the first place.
