We are able to get the email notification for approval step in my CD pipeline using the notification prefernece under user group configuration. However, the url in the email taken me to the pipeline to approve when I'm already signed in but If I'm signed out from harness the url in the email doesn't take me to the pipeline instead it takes me to the dashboard and approver has to click the link again to redirect to the proper pipeline. We do not expect the approvers like Managers to be signed it to harness always.

It would be great if the url redirect to right pipeline and right stage where the approver needs to approve even the user is not signed-in with single click.
