We appreciate your request here. This version of Xcode is supported and you can view more information here: https://developer.harness.io/docs/platform/references/harness-cloud-vm-images/
To get this feature, you would need to reach out to the Harness Support team to enable the CI_ENABLE_MAC_HOSTED_BETA_IMAGES feature flag. Please note that once this is enabled, "mac-latest" will point to the beta macOS version. We recommend pinning the version you would like to use.

This should be "the norm" since its the current version of Xcode. Supporting betas is not something I'd expect, but supporting the current version and a few older? That I definitely would expect from a CI platform

Subtle Thrush: Firstly, I completely agree that this should be the default. The reason it is behind a feature flag is that it could break pipelines using "latest". We will announce general availability after we confirm that this is no longer a risk.
