Customer has requested that URLs be updated to reflect new resource names when Projects, Org, etc. are renamed. Customer has noticed that if they change a resource name, Project name, or Org name, the URL will still continue to reflect the old name. This becomes confusing for their teams and is leading them to create more generic naming conventions instead of more detailed namings as they'd like.

They have requested to be able to update the URLs to reflect the new names as opposed to the original identifier.
