UI to create matrix for templates
in progress

It looks like if I build the yaml manually, I'm able to apply repeatability using a matrix when using a template as a step. However I can see that the UI capability isn't there yet. I this feature on the backlog to build out yet?
The ask is to surface the Advanced tab in the Execution Step window when using a template, in order to configure things such as matrix or execution conditions for the step. Today I have to manually configure those things for the step via YAML, which is fine. But having the UI as an option would also be helpful. The below shows a step template being used in a stage template, but I’d like the functionality to work either in the stage template editor or a pipeline editor.

Display Advanced tab when step and stage are using templates
It cannot be determined if the conditional execution could be set as an input during the step and stage template creation and can be set when the step and stage templates are linked.
When we showed, how this can be achieved, they had a feedback on the user experience and mentioned that they would like to See the “Advanced Section” when a template is used as well.

We need this as it impacts our work greatly were we can have more control on templates steps in pipelines if advanced parameters are available for it in pipeline
