Currently when debugging with SSH using the debug mode as per https://developer.harness.io/docs/continuous-integration/troubleshoot-ci/debug-mode/ causes the debug to run with timeout of 3600 sec and this value is not configurable. This request is to make this field configurable so that it is easier to debug longer builds.
