The HarnessNG UI is somehow more difficult, cumbersome, and inconvenient to use than the Harness 2nd Gen UI. It's a terrible user experience.
I am constantly having to keep multiple tabs open for each page just to keep track of what I'm working on or to make changes to multiple things. If I didn't have multiple tabs open I would constantly lose my place or find that I can't make a change on one page, because even though I can view a thing, changes need to be made on another page.
The organization of everything makes no sense. It's so completely wild. I am constantly losing my place, having to retrace my steps because the entire page resets after a change, or having to open multiple tabs because you can't go back to a search result when you're trying to search for and change multiple things.
I have opened tickets for 10 different problems I've encountered and I could easily open 10 more tickets. I shouldn't have to though.
