When selecting multiple services for a CD stage, the user has to individually select each service they want to deploy. If a company has 100s of services they want to deploy at once, this can be a tedious task. Since services can be tagged, a helpful enhancement would be to allow users to specify a tag, which dynamically resolve the service list at runtime. This allows the users to tag additional services later without having to update the pipeline config.
