Support to use the existing winRM session for all the steps in pipeline instead of creating a new one for every command.

Urban code deployments are being completed in less than 20 seconds, but Harness deployment are taking 6-9 minutes.
• Deployments using JEA configurations are taking longer. Pipeline with single JEA command execution is taking about 6-9 minutes, initialization and JEA session creation are consuming most of the time.
• Multiple JEA sessions are being created (2 to 4 JEA sessions).
There should be a way the JEA session info from initialize step can passed to next steps in the pipeline.
