It is often the case that we need to change organizational ownership of a project and all of its resources. We can do this manually for simple projects by deleting and import yaml, etc, but I'd like to see support for doing this automatically

We would want to have a functionality to have the capability to be able to migrate a project from a specific Organization to a different Organization and be able to keep the historical data from CD build history and other modules.
Or alternatively if the capability already exist, advise where and how we can do this

This is known as Project Movement, and is in various stages of planning and delivery depending on the module(s) involved. Please discuss with your Harness representative.

The biggest issue is that as we are building out use of the Harness platform, especially when we’ve just been onboarded, we’ve been using the Default organization. Especially as we don’t know how we will be organizing things in the long run. But now that our usage is growing and we’re looking to onboard other teams in our company we realize that we will need to evolve how we are organizing our projects. And manually migrating them is going to be extremely time/cost prohibitive especially as we grow our overall usage.
