Support expression for Service input during multiSVC/Env deployments

Harness support expression for service input when a single service is deployed but , Don't support this for multi-service / multi-env deployments. This should be supported for multi-service/ multi-env deployments as well as this feature allows the users the ability to provide service to be deployed dynamically.

Here is the solution proposal for this requirement
Multiple Services can be deployed using matrix looping strategy with service values as expressions
Services deployed using looping strategy can only take expressions for inputs
Services deployed using looping strategy does not support runtime inputs
Marking as complete with the above solution proposal

Feature Request - To provide a default option/expression for service input in case of multi service deployment.

We have created a multi service (19 services) helm chart deployment pipeline in Harness and services are runtime input.
Our requirement:
If user not selected any service default pipeline need to deploy all the services in target environment.
Currently, I dont see any option in Harness to pass default values for service in case of runtime input.

Hi Team,
We would like to an have an option pass the services, we need to deploy via expressions for multi service deployment. Currently, I see that only fixed value can be pass for service if "deploy to multiple service" is enabled.
