Right now, the only way to add tags to an execution is via Harness expression in a bash script step during the execution https://developer.harness.io/docs/platform/pipelines/add-tags-dynamically-to-execution/

It would be greatly useful if this was also exposed through an API. It would allow us a lot more flexibility (and cleaner pipeline graphs!) especially in cases where steps fail and we want to report on a variable that isn't output because of the failure.
