I would like to request that the option to filter by tags or the name of Input Sets be enabled within the SEI module, specifically in the Deployment Frequency and Change Failure Rate metrics.

In our case, we use golden pipelines that deploy to multiple environments through different Input Sets. The idea is to be able to label these Input Sets (for example, with env:prod) and thus filter the metrics to include only the executions corresponding to the production Input Sets.

Currently, tag filtering is available at the pipeline level, but not at the Input Set level, which limits visibility when the same pipeline is used for multiple environments.

Would it be possible to add this filtering capability (using AND conditions) so that SEI metrics can be restricted to Input Sets based on their tags or names?
