Show Feature Flags affecting Harness inside the Harness Platform

For any given Harness instance we would like to see the status of Feature Flags affecting that account in a Harness UI, so we don't have to rely on Customer Support to tell us the status of feature flags which impact the way the Harness platform operates.

We are now using Harness NextGen product for our CI and CD means this is in critical path for us and any issues within impacts us a lot.
There has been instances where FFs have been toggled by/in Harness Backend which impacted us a lot. So I am requesting if there can be a Feature Flag listing page for Trust Bank where we can see all details like when was it enabled/disabled, why was it done? and any other useful information.
Also would like to see any advance notification of enablement or any change.

We've implemented an internal tracking tool that accomplishes this request. I'm setting up interviews with customers that requested this to gather more feedback.

Being able to check which feature flags are enabled would enable us to better support our internal customers as we could advice them about approaches to take whilst in a call with them.
