We need the ability to receive email notifications when policies generate warnings or errors during pipeline save or execution events.

Currently, we have a policy that detects pipelines using Harness Cloud (set to warning mode), but there's no way to get notified when this policy is triggered.

The Notifications Management system doesn't support:

"Policy" as a resource type

"On policy evaluation warning" as a condition for pipeline resources

"On policy evaluation error" as a condition for pipeline resources

Ability to filter notifications by specific policies or receive alerts for all policies

Requested Enhancement:

Add support in Notifications Management to send email alerts when policy warnings or errors are generated during pipeline save/run operations. Users should be able to configure notifications for:

All policies (global monitoring)

Specific policies (targeted monitoring)
