Current state for setting up Outgoing Webhook integrations for Harness FME forces administrators to configure the integration manually for each project. For an organization with dozens or hundreds of projects, this likely will not be maintainable. There should be a way to apply the Outgoing Webhook integration to all projects (account wide) or to multiple projects.

Currently, integrations can only be configured per project. However, for large enterprise orgs that have tons of Projects (193 total in Harness, per their business requirements), configuring some integrations for each individual project would be a major hassle. They'd like a way to choose to configure it globally.

Harness supports Account-wide or Org-wide webhook configuration, so our plan is to support that pattern when integrating FME's webhook settings with Harness Settings later this fiscal year.
