Segment lists cannot currently be downloaded directly from the platform, which creates a blocker for teams that don't have access to the API keys. Ideally, users would be able to (1) download the most up-to-date segment as a CSV containing the full list of user IDs, and (2) view all files previously uploaded to a segment, each with its timestamp, and download them individually.
