Harness has built in roles where the identifier starts with underscore. However for any custom role creation harness does not allow the identifier to start with underscore. This leaves an inconsistency in the convention as some identifiers are starting with underscore and others does not.

Also it prevents the user from using underscore in the custom role identifier as well. This request is for allowing to use underscore at the start of identifier for custom roles.
