Return owner information in List feature flag definitions in environment

We have a number of different report built using Split Admin APIs. To build these reports we require high level Meta data along with Owner information. It takes a number of APIs and a few thousand API calls to get this information.
Below are the current steps:
- For initial Feature Flag data we call https://api.split.io/internal/api/v2/splits/ws/{workspace-id}/environments/{environment-id-or-name} to get the list of flags.
- For owner ID to email mapping we make https://app.harness.io/ng/api/user/aggregate/{userId} and persist this in a lookup table to reduce API calls to Harness.
- We then loop through all flags (3k+) and make https://api.split.io/internal/api/v2/splits/ws/{workspace-id}/{feature-flag-name} for each flag to get the flag owner information and enrich it with the previously fetched owner email from the lookup table.
If owner email, or at least owner ID, could be returned in https://api.split.io/internal/api/v2/splits/ws/{workspace-id}/environments/{environment-id-or-name} this would exponentially reduce our API usage and reduce our infrastructure needs as well.
