We would like to be notified when a reservation is forecasted to not be 100% utilized before end of month. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have an alert when daily spend increases by X% or X$ amounts.

Could you please elaborate on your use case? What specific types of reservations would you like to receive alerts for?
Additionally, Budgets already provide the capability to alert, track and forecast spend across any Perspective-based view.
