Requesting for a feature to return meta data of project or org resources

Usually to keep audit of any org or project we need count of resources exist in them like pipelines count , template count , etc..

If we have a api that can return org level count and specific project level count that could be easy to keep audit.

We have list organizations API, which can list the set of organizations - https://apidocs.harness.io/tag/Organization?secureweb=Teams#operation/get-organizations
Similarly, you can find the list of projects by using the API - https://apidocs.harness.io/tag/Org-Project?secureweb=Teams#operation/get-org-scoped-projects
