Remove end date for Sequential testing experiments

Hello team, for sequential testing as a testing methods for running experiments, since sequential testing provides always valid results, there should be a way of not adding an end date for any experiments with sequential testing as the chosen testing method.

Running experiments without an end date can become computationally expensive. We would recommend extending the end date until significant results are reached, or switching to Fixed Horizon testing after the review period is met and they still have not had significant results. The Sequential Hybrid testing method is on our roadmap for later this year, which will do this automatically.
