RBAC - Automatic Resource Group Creation for all Teams in an Org Tree

Elderly Mammal

When an Org Tree is created, provide us the ability to automatically create and maintain Resource Groups for all teams in this Org Tree. This allows for easier RBAC permission management on these teams / resource groups.

This is a good ask and definitely eases RBAC management with respect to SEI Teams. In the short term, customers may automate Resource Group creation and management via our Resource Group APIs - https://apidocs.harness.io/project-resource-groups

In the medium term, we will definitely provide this automation in the product itself.
