The existing period filter operates on date ranges rather than sprints, leading to the display of overlapping data from different sprints at a service line level with coinciding dates, complicating the analysis of individual sprint data. We would like to have the option of customizing the upper period filter of the dashboard to sprints.

Currently we don't have the option to add the sprint filter in widget to check where the "sprint field is empty" or "sprint field is not empty". We need this option to identify ticket which are part of sprint or part of Kanban.

Hi team, just to give you an example of why this feature is much needed and has been raised by a couple of our products. The snip is an example of how some tickets can exceptionally be closed two days after a sprint, this practice means its data will be transferred to the next period and hence be involved in the DORA metrics of the next sprint's period.
