Provide step_name filter under Lead time for changes in DORA

DORA lead time for changes currently doesn't provide "step_name" filter to filter the gitlab job name. Please add the filters similar to Deployment frequency under Lead time for changes CICD integration to create a stage that can track the actual time taken to deploy the commit to prod after the commit is merged to main. Upon reviewing the Harness DORA metrics, only deployment time is being considered. However, it's important to note that the Lead Time for Changes metric, which measures the time it takes for a commit to reach production, is a valuable aspect to consider.
Effectively calculating Lead Time To Production, requires tracking both the timing of commits and deployments. Currently, this functionality isn't available in the Harness dashboard. Therefore, I'd like to ask if we can please support this feature in the future, enabling users to access valuable insights into their deployment processes.
