I want to create artifact registries at the project level without needing unique names across the entire account. Currently, the system requires registry names to be unique at the account level, which is not ideal for organizing artifacts by team or project. A potential solution could be to add a project layer in the way registries are stored, allowing for the same registry name to be used across different projects.
