Currently when I push a new branch Harness CODE it returns a URL to open a new PR for the branch. However that URL does not get routed by the UI.

After doing a comparison between this URL and a working one I have found that the URL returned by Harness CODE is missing the following parts of the path,

* /orgs

* /projects

* /repos
