Need capability to query individual pipelines to see info of template id in each step of the execution.

Ideally need to extend the information provided via API to provide additional details (outside of steps and stages w/in pipelines). Ideally, it would provide a similar amount of data as what is provided in a compiled pipeline YAML on the execution details.
