Currently the EcsServiceSetup step doesn't output the step scaling policy ARNs after they are applied. This makes it a bit difficult to create metric alarms for said step scaling policies. Can those ARNs be added as part of the Deployment Info Outcome output? Perhaps as a map with the policy name as the key and the response ARN as the value?
