Environments at the Org and account scope support Dashboards. Each environment should support a Summary page which shows the services deployed on the Environment . Could you please have a chck on the same if that satisifes the requirement and let us know if there is any feedback in this regard.

We'd like to be able to define an environment once per organization and still be able to view which service was deployed to which environment in the project level environment screen. Currently, if not defined on the project level the environments screen is empty - thus we loose visibility.
