Steps defined within Stage Templates are not available for selection in the Step Failure Notification configuration under Pipeline Notifications, as Harness currently does not support template resolution for pipelines using Stage Templates.

We are looking into the request and will update the status soon.
There was confusion that's why we marked it as done, but looks like for now the customer has a workaround but we still need to fix it in the product.
