We're trying to migrate our infrastructure to Harness Cloud, and I need a way to report and track progress of this initiative. I know we track build minute usage in our license, but I don't have a time series for that usage, and I don't have access to it in our dashboards as far as I can tell

The issue with build minutes data in licence UI is that it doesn't let me break it down by organization/project/pipeline, and it also does not provide the data over time. It is just a snap shot of when you look at it. This means I have to manually do the data collection and I'm missing dimensions. Also, you cannot pull it from the API without a Cookie to automate that data collection so I can measure our progress
