The history of a service/pipeline deployments is something really important to us for auditing purpose and other metrics we collect on top.

The problem is that sometimes we may need to move service/pipeline between Projects and the only option we have is to delete/create, losing all the history of it.

Could we have a proper feature to move service/pipeline between Projects while keeping its history?
