Meaningful error messages and Increase resolved YAML Size Limit

When clicking the 'Run' Pipeline button, the UI displayed the following error message: 'Invalid request: could not read pipeline.' The meaning was unclear.
After further investigation, we identified that the issue was caused by exceeding the resolved YAML document size limit. To improve user experience, Can you please implement a clearer error message and increase the compiled YAML size limit.
