Linking clusters to environments supported via git experience

When creating envs via https://developer.harness.io/docs/platform/git-experience/autocreation-of-entities/ - there is no way to link gitops clusters to an environment without doing it via API or UI
I think ideally is we should be able to define clusters as an entity or a field in an environment so there would be no need to have a 2 step process to create a full configured environment

Just to clarify Twilio is building tooling that automatically adds the environments to git, but the gitops clusters can only be regiestered via the API. This is a subpar experience, even if it "works" as a workaround for now. We would prefer to use git experience to do this.
