Currently AWS VM Pool configuration is stored in the VM Runner as a pool.yaml file.

It would be a good enhancement to have this configurable via launch template.

It gives the flexibility of performing hot updates to the Pool VM configuration without having to restart the VM Delegate/Runner which causes potential downtine.
