We currently utilize CCM recommendations through the API to facilitate the automatic creation of Jira Tickets.
When a Jira Ticket is labeled as 'Done,' Harness will automatically transition the corresponding recommendation from 'Open' to 'Applied.'
In cases where the team assigned to the ticket evaluates and designates it as 'Rejected,' we aim to enable an automatic transfer of the associated recommendation from 'Open' to 'Add Service to Ignore List.' This ensures that rejected tickets, being exceptional cases, are appropriately included in the Ignore List rather than the active workflow.
However, it's crucial to prevent scenarios where a ticket marked as 'Done' turns out to be an exception. This situation leads to its inclusion in the 'savings realized this month' calculation, resulting in inaccurate data.
Our objective is to implement a system in which rejected tickets are identified as exceptions and promptly added to the Ignore List, preventing any further work on them.
