While creating BI Dashboard folder, if we try to create with same name but diffrent casing the error seems like below:

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.

Expectation: We should show valid error that name already exist and you can not use duplicate name
