When reviewing a Terraform/OpenTofu plan in the Changed Resources view, even a single-line change to a resource currently renders as a full-file diff, making it hard to tell at a glance what actually changed, especially for larger resource blocks.

We'd like the Changed Resources view to show a line-level (unified) diff that highlights only the changed lines and collapses unchanged context, similar to how plan changes are reviewed in other tools.

This would make plan reviews faster and reduce the risk of approving a change without noticing what actually moved.
