I want to send all the pipeline execution logs to GCS bucket

I want to send all the Pipelines Execution Log ( from all the pipelines within the account ) to GSC bucket. I got to know that it requires a feature flag "SPG_LOG_SERVICE_ENABLE_DOWNLOAD_LOGS" 
Please activate it.
Also, please provide if any additional guidance is available for the best practices for the log ingestion solution.
